Last weekend, friend Jim Buck visited Afton Station and told me he had a wonderful photo of the old Boots Drive-In on Route 66 in Carthage, MO. I have had this postcard for some time, but had never seen the amazing real black-and-white photo he came up with. I'm thrilled that he shared it with me! Thank you, Jim. Ooo, love it! I just got my Route 66 Lost & Found book, and was paging through it, and saw a Boots Drive-In picture!
